Ben Keen Chief Analyst, GMI Head of Research
Ben Keen has been instrumental in building Screen Digest into the world's premiere research company focusing on the media and entertainment space. Through Mr Keen's leadership, Screen Digest has become the primary source of market analysis and strategic insight for many of the largest communications corporations in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. This leading position has recently been reinforced through the acquisition of the foremost US analyst group, Adams Media Research, the Board of which Mr Keen has now joined.
As Chief Analyst, Mr Keen directs all the company's research and consultancy activities. He has overall responsibility for the 100-plus major research reports published by the company since 1997 and the ongoing continuous strategic Intelligence services that Screen Digest supplies to hundreds of major clients, including Time Warner, Sony, Microsoft, NBC Universal, BSkyB, 20th Century Fox, Nintendo, BBC, AT&T, Vodafone, Philips, The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures, AOL, Cisco, Morgan Stanley, Electronic Arts, Discovery Networks, Kodak, JP Morgan, MTV, and McKinsey.
Under Mr Keen's management, Screen Digest has grown rapidly from 13 specialist analysts in 2003 to over 40 in 2008.
Mr Keen also leads Screen Digest's Global Media Intelligence service, which is exclusively marketed by Merrill Lynch to some of the largest institutional investment groups in the world.
Renowned for his insight and vision, Mr Keen is one of the most sought-after speakers on the international conference circuit. He has delivered over 350 presentations and lectures, including keynote addresses at many international conventions. Additionally, he has contributed articles to more than 20 different books, magazines and newspapers.
As an internationally recognised expert in the media and communications business, Mr Keen's services as a consultant and advisor are constantly in demand. Since 1988, he has been retained as an advisor to the British Screen Advisory Council, a government-industry liaison organisation that counts the elite of the UK media management amongst its membership. Mr Keen has recently consulted at board-level to a leading TV technology manufacturer, a Content Delivery Network (CDN) services business, two UK broadcaster PLCs, a major entertainment retailer, Vivendi Universal Games, an international TV channels group, and the UK Film Council.
David Fisher Editor
David has been Editor of Screen Digest since 1974, having joined the company two years earlier, soon after its foundation.
He was responsible for establishing many of the functions that have grown to world-leading status, most notably the statistical data collection of the worldwide video industry that was developed in the late 1970s, similarly monitoring cable and satellite in the early 1980s.
He was a co-opted member of the Interim Action Committee on the Future of the British Film Industry and its successor, the British Screen Advisory Council. He once caused a cinema-related bill to be withdrawn from parliament for redrafting (and was subsequently thanked in both houses).
Among other editorial activities, he was executive editor of Television, the Journal of the Royal Television Society for four years and has contributed to numerous journals, newspapers and conferences.
An award-winning film school graduate, he is an associate fellow of the University of Warwick, where he taught for several years. He was the first recipient of the President's Award of the BKSTS.
Mark Smith Senior Editor
Mark is the senior editor at Screen Digest, a member of its management team, and a veteran of some 13 years with the company.
Mark has built several of the online Intelligence services currently offered by Screen Digest, and is responsible for their ongoing development. He is also specialised in the forecasting of global media markets, especially in new media areas such as mobile gaming, broadband entertainment content, and online gambling.
Most recently he did all the statistical modelling work in a detailed five-year forecast of the prospects for free and pay television technologies in Turkey, as part of a major due diligence consulting project. Another major consulting project undertaken involved acting as expert witness in a $500 million litigation case in Hollywood.
Mark has also authored and edited many reports about the television industry, including a report on the UK Public Broadcasting Sector for the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), and on the International Trade in Television Programming for the United Nations' World Television Day, as well as various reports on video-on-demand and pay-per-view.
Before joining Screen Digest, Mark worked in the film and television industry. He also has an MA degree from Cambridge University.
Roger Smith GMI Executive Editor
Roger R. Smith, as the Principal at Roger Smith & Co., has for the past nine years been a consultant and advisor to financial institutions and media companies. The latter have ranged in size from Warner Bros. to small Internet start-ups. Smith was an entertainment industry executive from 1974 to 1996.
During this 20-year period, he spent ten years with Warner Communications (now Time Warner), starting as its VP-Investor Relations and later chairing Warner's Acquisitions Committee and overseeing its strategic planning. From 1987 to 1996 he held several operating positions in the entertainment business, including CFO and later President of LIVE Entertainment and Executive Vice President Finance of Carolco Pictures, both NYSE companies. He served on both the LIVE and Carolco Boards of Directors through 1996.
Prior to working in the industry, he spent eight years on Wall Street as a financial analyst and portfolio manager covering the entertainment industry, among others. He also writes about the media field for a number of publications, including having his own bi-weekly column "It's Only Money" in Variety from 1999-2001. He frequently appears on CNBC discussing events in the media field.
He received his Bachelor's degree cum laude from Harvard in 1966, concentrating in Modern German History. He is the very proud father of Daisy.
Tom Adams Principal Analyst
Tom, founder of Adams Media Research, has been widely acknowledged as a leading authority on the U.S. home entertainment markets. Tom developed the analytical models that generate AMR's estimates and projections, and works closely with his team of analysts to generate strategic reports, newsletter articles, industry white papers and strategic consultations that provide actionable intelligence to content producers, network providers, technology innovators and investors. Tom founded AMR in 1993, after six years as senior analyst at Paul Kagan Associates.
Arash Amel Senior Analyst, Head of Broadband Media
Arash joined Screen Digest in 2001. He specialises in digital entertainment content and technologies, and pioneered Screen Digest's Broadband Media Intelligence service. Current clients to the service include major technology companies, broadcasters, pay-TV operators, entertainment retailers, telcos, ISPs, Hollywood Studios and the music Majors.
As Head of Broadband Media at Screen Digest, Arash has overseen the development of the company's market forecasting models in the digital distribution of movies, music, TV and user-generated content. He has previously advised the European Commission on the opportunities and obstacles posed to the entertainment sector by the internet, and has also carried out a wide array of private consulting assignments on entertainment content distribution for leading global media companies. He is a regular speaker at international conferences, as well as authoring and editing over 30 market reports and research pieces on his core areas of expertise.
Arash holds an honours degree in Law from Kings College, London, where he was a Visiting Lecturer in Law, and is a non-practicing barrister.
Guy Bisson Senior Analyst, Head of Television
Guy has been researching and writing about the global television business for ten years. He is head of on-line data and statistical information service Television Intelligence. Guy has particular expertise in digital TV, cable and satellite television and programme rights .
As well as writing for Screen Digest magazine and other industry publications, Guy has acted as a consultant for numerous media groups, government organisations and investment banks. He has twice been retained as an expert witness in litigation cases involving major US studios.
Guy has also authored or co-authored a number of in-depth business reports including the annual European Cable Yearbook (now in its fourth edition); European Programme Rights Markets; and European Digital Pay Television: Market assessment and forecast to 2006.
Helen Davis Jayalath Senior Analyst, Head of Video
Helen is Screen Digest's senior analyst for the video sector and has overall responsibility for the online Video Intelligence service and all related activities. She has been analysing the international video business since 1991 and has been instrumental in expanding Screen Digest's coverage of the sector since 1994.
Helen has managed or contributed to numerous consultancy projects for Screen Digest clients including major Hollywood studios, independent video distributors, TV companies and investment banks. She has written and edited a wide range of Screen Digest reports examining all aspects of the global home video and DVD markets. Over the past 15 years she has also contributed to numerous other media publications and she is a regular speaker at international conferences. She is co-programme director of the annual European Video Perspectives (PEVE) conference and between 1999 and 2003 was retained as a market research consultant by the British Video Association.
Helen holds an Honours degree from Exeter University and is fluent in Spanish and French with a working knowledge of Italian.
David Hancock Senior Analyst, Head of Film and Cinema
David is a senior expert on the global film and cinema sectors. He is the Head of Film and Cinema with Screen Digest and has overseen its development in this area since 1997, including the set-up of the online data and analysis service Cinema Intelligence and is also actively developing the company's digital cinema activities. He has been involved in numerous consultancy projects for international organisations and companies, specialising in new business models and in-depth market analyses.
David is the co-author of the major report Digital Cinema: Roll-out, business models and forecasts. He also authored the groundbreaking Screen Digest/SAWA report The World Market for Screen Advertising. He is also the original author of Cinema exhibition and distribution in Europe: Market Assessment and Forecasts and several other reports. He developed and authored the comprehensive analysis of world film production, distribution and exhibition, which are published annually in Screen Digest magazine, as well as other research into cinema and film industries, including digital cinema. He has also acted as a consultant to producers, banks and other interested stakeholders in the film-making process. David is a frequent contributor to newspapers, trade press, radio and television regarding the film industry and is a regular speaker at international conferences and film festivals. He has edited and authored many articles, books and book chapters on the film industry chain.
Prior to joining Screen Digest, David was a senior executive with Eurimages, the Strasbourg-based pan-European co-production fund working within the Council of Europe, and also worked as a research consultant in the media sector with the major French consultancy IDATE. He holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies/French from Leeds Metropolitan University and speaks fluent French.
Ronan de Renesse Senior Analyst, Head of Mobile Media
Ronan is Screen Digest's senior analyst for the mobile sector and has overall responsibility for the online Mobile Media Intelligence service and all related activities. He has been analysing the telecommunications industry since 2003 and has been participating in the conception and development of Screen Digest's Mobile Media Intelligence service since 2006. Ronan has been involved in several consultancy projects for international organisations and companies, specialising in new business models and in-depth market analyses.
Ronan is the author of the major report Mobile TV: Business models and opportunities and wrote several reports on the impact of spectrum auctions on the media and telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Screen Digest, Ronan was an academic researcher at the Centre for Telecommunications Research at King's College London. He had numerous articles published in major international technology journals and also gave various presentations in the most influential conferences in his field.
Ronan holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique et du Numérique (ISEN), part of the Confédération des Grandes Écoles in France. Besides his work for Screen Digest, Ronan is finishing his PhD in telecommunications at King's College London.
Tom Morrod Senior Analyst, Head of TV Technology
Tom is the senior analyst for TV and broadcast technology at Screen Digest. Tom has developed the TV Technology Intelligence service and is responsible for all related projects focused on the technology value chain. In 2008, Tom authored a major report on the global broadcast and media technology industry for the IABM, after having co-authored the report's first edition in 2006.
Along with work on the core intelligence service, Tom has been involved in many consultancy projects across industries such as set-top boxes, conditional access and middleware, infrastructure and distribution, codecs and licensing, t-commerce and broadcast hardware & software.
Prior to joining Screen Digest, Tom has worked in content acquisitions and television rights distribution, and in independent theatre. He holds a BA Honours in Economics from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Creative and Media Enterprise from the University of Warwick.
Tim Westcott Senior Analyst, GMI London Editor
Tim is a Senior Analyst, Television, at Screen Digest.
He joined the company in September 2004 and has written reports on film and sports rights, animated movies and television on the internet. Tim previously worked for two years at the European Audiovisual Observatory in Strasbourg as an analyst specialising public film and audiovisual funding. He co-authored an Observatory report on the subject and was responsible for KORDA, an online database of film funds. A trained journalist, Tim has worked for the Financial Times and Emap, including a stint as editor of Television Business International. While freelance, Tim wrote three reports for Screen Digest on children's television and animation and wrote for titles including Broadcast, Variety, Ecran Total and The Guardian. He holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Trinity College, Cambridge.
Vincent Létang Senior Analyst
Vincent is a Senior Analyst with Screen Digest, specialising in television and advertising. Within the television practice, Vincent is focusing on monitoring the impact of technological innovations and regulatory developments, on television markets and business. He authored several Screen Digest report on high definition TV (HDTV). In 2006, he managed the Screen Digest study leading to the report published by the European Commission: 'Interactive content and convergence: Implications for the Information Society'.
Before joining Screen Digest in 2005, Vincent has been head of the Media practice in BIPE consulting in Paris for six years. In this capacity, he has acted as consultant to a number of high profile clients including France Telecom, Lagardere, the European Commission, National Center for Cinema, Globecast, Sony. He holds a masters degree in Economics from Dauphine University, and graduated from HEC Business School, in Paris.
Maria Rua Aguete Senior Analyst
Maria is a senior analyst with Screen Digest. She has been researching and analyzing TV operators in Europe for the last eight years. Maria specialises in developing different statistical models to forecast operational growth of media companies in Europe.
She has participated in a number of reports including the annual European Cable Yearbook, European Digital Pay Television: Market assessment and forecast s and European Digital Pay Television Revenues: Market assessment and forecasts .

David specialises in the Asia-Pacific broadband, television and video markets. Based in Australia, David is Screen Digest's Asia-Pacific correspondent. He has developed statistical models to forecast operational growth of television operators in the region. David also authored the Asia-Pacific Video: Market assessment and forecast report and co-authored the Cinema and Home Entertainment in China report for Screen Digest.
Prior to working with Screen Digest, David was an industry analyst with Cutler & Company in Melbourne, participating in a wide range of consulting assignments in Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the Philippines. David holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) degree with honours from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
Piers Harding-Rolls Senior Analyst
Piers joined Screen Digest as Games Analyst at the beginning of 2005, having worked as an analyst of the IT services and software industries since 1998. Before joining Screen Digest, Piers worked for seven years as a consultant analyst to International Data Corporation (IDC) working first with the European IT services research team on both consulting projects and its annual research program, and then later for the IDC Asia/Pacific Excluding Japan research team in IT services and software research. During his time working with IDC Piers wrote over forty reports on different technology markets and industries. He holds a 2:1 degree from the University of London.
As Games Analyst, Piers takes a leading role in games related consulting projects, produces industry leading reports on various games markets and manages the development and expansion of the online games intelligence service into new areas of coverage. Dan Cryan Senior Analyst
Dan is a Senior Analyst specialising in music, online content and the technical issues surrounding the distribution of digital entertainment.
He authored the Screen Digest reports Online Music: Market Assessment and Forecasts and Broadband Digital Movies: European market assessment and forecasts, and has been instrumental in developing many of the models used in the online Broadband Intelligence service including online movies and online TV. Dan has also been involved in a number of consultancy assignments for clients including Microsoft and the European Commission, and has spoken at international conferences on subjects including IPTV and digital content.
Before joining Screen Digest in 2004, Dan worked in marketing. He has a bachelor's and master's degree in Philosophy from University College London and is the author of a book Introducing Logic (2002) which has been translated into several languages.
Charlotte Jones Senior Analyst
Charlotte is a senior analyst at Screen Digest specialising in the global film and cinema sectors and has eight years experience as a media analyst. Charlotte has authored the first major industry study on digital 3D cinema 'The Business Case for Digital 3D Cinema Exhibition'. She is also the co-author of the major report 'Digital Cinema: Rollout, business models and forecasts', published in 2006 and written several others including 'Cinema Exhibition and Distribution in Western Europe'. She has particular expertise in the digital cinema market and is responsible for tracking developments in this area.
For Screen Digest magazine, she writes and produces the comprehensive annual surveys on the Global Film Production and World Cinema sectors as well as regularly researching all aspects of the global film business. Charlotte is a principal member of the team behind Cinema Intelligence, Screen Digest's online database and analysis service covering 58 territories. Nick Parker Analyst
Nick, has worked in the leisure software sector for 12 years in senior positions at Nintendo, Sony and most recently Infogrames. Following his role as Business Analysis Manager at Nintendo, Nick joined Sony Computer Entertainment Europe in 1995 where, as VP Strategic Planning, he held overall responsibility for the company's software catalogue management, sales forecasting and market research.
He was also responsible for the company's online strategy, overseeing the playstation-europe.com operation and both on and offline consumer databases and formulating the company's approach to future broadband technologies. Ed Barton Analyst, Video Games, Mobile Content, Gambling
Ed attended Westminster School, London and Manchester University. He worked for the corporate financier Nicholas Kittoe's corporate finance boutique, Kittoe & Co, giving board level financial advice to a range of small to medium sized companies, including the Sporting Index Group. Ed also worked for Hydra Consulting on secondment from Nicholas Kittoe's office where he was commissioned by this London-based digital media consultancy to lead a project researching the best ways for the Sporting Index Group to exploit digital sales channels.
Ed subsequently joined Sporting Index Group Holdings as a Business Development Manager in the office of Lindsay McNeile, co-founder and MD of Sporting Index, where he worked extensively on successful capital raising exercises to fund the creation of SportingOdds and Financial Spreads. Subsequently Ed moved to SportingOdds as a Business Development Manager responsible for making deals with online distribution partners and managing the ongoing relationships.
Ed is a leading authority on the global remote gambling and video games industries. He has completed numerous major studies on the gambling and video games industries for Screen Digest as well as consultancy projects including board level strategic advisory work on online gambling, fantasy sports, skill gaming, mobile gaming, online gaming, games publishing, Asian MMO's and next generation console software. Ed has spoken at industry conferences and is regularly cited in both consumer and trade coverage of the gambling and games industries.

Richard Cooper Analyst
Richard joined Screen Digest in May 2006 as a Video Analyst. He is responsible for maintaining and developing the online Video Intelligence service and constructing video forecasting models.
Richard has been involved in the home entertainment industry since 2001 when he joined MVC, a music and video retailer, as a Category Planning Analyst. He covered a wide range of projects within MVC looking at areas as diverse as property, space planning, market forecasting, range management, customer segmentation and even a time as the buyer for specialist music. More recently Richard undertook contract work with BVHE as their Market Analyst before moving to Screen Digest.
Richard holds an honours degree in Business Decision Sciences from Hertfordshire University.
Marie Bloomfield Analyst
Marie is an analyst with the Screen Digest video team. She tracks developments in both the video and video-on-demand sectors for the monthly Screen Digest journal and has been actively involved in a number of major consultancy projects. Marie is responsible for liaising with key European video contacts as part of Screen Digest's longstanding agreement with the International Video Federation to audit pan-European industry research. She has been involved in the research and analysis for a range of Screen Digest reports, including the annual summary of the European video industry, an examination of the development of high definition DVD, and an assessment of the TVDVD market.
Marie is the author of several managment reports, including Video-on-Demand: The End of the Beginning written for the 2005 European Video Perspectives (PEVE) conference and Asking The Audience: Interactivity in Home Entertainment for PEVE 2006. She is also an experienced speaker, having delivered presentations on various sectors at key industry events across Europe. Marie graduated from the University of Surrey, Roehampton in 2004 with a BA Honours degree in English and Media Studies.
Dr Lingjie Wang Analyst
Lingjie is an Analyst at Screen Digest, specializing in Asia Pacific television, home video and online gaming markets, with particular interest in greater China and India. She has contributed to a number of management reports in Cable, IPTV, mobile TV, broadcasting technology and digital signage. Her ground-breaking report China Cable TV Market Assessment and Forecast to 2012 has won her international recognition. Lingjie is also a frequent speaker at international events include: Royal TV Society seminar and International Broadcasting Convention and Media Guardian Conference.
Prior to Screen Digest, Lingjie worked in China Central Television and Henan TV as a journalist, Editor and Associate Producer. With four years research into the Chinese broadcasting industry for her PhD degree, Lingjie enjoyed the honour to be invited by Chinese government to join the National 863 Research Project and co-authored a book on British media system. In this capacity, Lingjie also guest lectures on media and cultural industry at University of Warwick, King's College, London and University of Westminster. Lingjie holds a MA and a PhD from University of Warwick, UK.
Richard Broughton Analyst
Richard is an Analyst at Screen Digest specializing in examining global pay-TV markets. Within the sector, Richard focuses on business practices and trends in the nascent IPTV industry and is also responsible for TV Intelligence's video-on-demand model. James Garlick Analyst
James joined Screen Digest in January 2006 after graduating from Cambridge University with a first class degree in Modern Languages. He reports on current developments in broadband content and analyses global broadband market activity for the Screen Digest monthly newsletter and online intelligence service. James has contributed to consultancy projects for clients such as the European Commission among others. He has authored two reports Will the internet break? Sarah Johnson Analyst
Sarah is an Analyst in the broadband media team. She is responsible for monitoring and analysing broadband content markets with a particular focus on digital movies and online sports. Sarah joined Screen Digest in 2006 after graduating from Cambridge University with a first class Masters degree in Natural Sciences.
Julien Theys Analyst
Julien joined Screen Digest in July 2007 as a research analyst for the mobile content team. Prior to working for Screen Digest, he worked as a Brussels-based consultant for film producers and rights holders societies on issues such as European policies, tax incentives, video on demand and cinema market. Julien holds a Master of Science in Management from the Solvay Business School in Brussels.
Christine Binns Analyst
Christine joined Screen Digest in May 2007 after completing a PhD in Speech Intelligibility at Cardiff University. She also holds an MSc in Speech and Language Processing, gained at Edinburgh Univesity, and a BA in Mathematics and Linguistics from Cambridge University. Christine works as an Analyst in the Mobile Media team, monitoring the mobile content market with a particular focus on mobile music. Daniel Simmons Research Analyst
Daniel joined Screen Digest in August 2007 as a research analyst, specialising in Broadcast & Technology, after graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc in Physics. Daniel was also awarded an Associateship of the University of Surrey with distinction for undertaking a professional training year with Mitsubishi Electric ITE's Visual Information Laboratory.
Marija Jaroslavskaja Research Analyst
Marija joined Screen Digest in September 2007 as a research analyst in the broadband media team. Marija holds a double BA degree in Integrated Social Sciences and History from Jacobs University Bremen (Germany) and has recently completed an MPhil course in Economic and Social History at Cambridge University.
Andrew Katolo Research Analyst
Andrew graduated from Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland, with MA in Philosophy. Before joining Screen Digest in September 2007, for over 2 years he has been doing research on European IT markets.
Daniel Knapp Research Analyst
Daniel joined Screen Digest in October 2007, specialising on advertising and free-to-air television, with a particular interest in European media regulation and audience trends. He is forecasting global advertising markets and has written and contributed to reports ranging from market analysis to broadcasters' diversification strategies. He has also facilitated and taken part in advertising-related consulting projects.
Prior to Screen Digest, Daniel was a Research Fellow at the European Institute for the Media, a media think tank, and has worked in media policy for the German government. Daniel holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and a BA in Government and Communication Sciences from the University of Erfurt, Germany. A German national, he is also fluent in Dutch and French.
Tony Gunnarsson Research Analyst
Tony joined Screen Digest in the Video department in February 2008 as a research analyst.
Prior to Screen Digest, he was a night editor at media services firm Precise Media and a journalist at publishing company IT Europa. As a freelance writer he regularly contribute to magazines and publications.
Tony holds a BA in Modern History from the University of North London and a Ma in Imperial and Commonwealth History from King's College, London.
Andrew Young Research Analyst
Andrew joined Screen Digest in February of 2008 as a research analyst, specializing in Broadcast & Technology, after graduating from the University of Bath with a BSc in International Management and Spanish. Andrew attended the University of San Andres business school in Buenos Aires and worked for the Royal Bank of Canada in Uruguay during his University placement year.
Steve Bailey Research Analyst
Steve recently joined the Games team at Screen Digest as a Research Analyst . Steve leaves behind an accomplished career in games journalism which took in a variety of magazine roles as well as editorship of Teletext's games portal, GameCentral. Most recently Steve lent his distinctive voice to influential games periodical, Edge, as a freelance writer. Over the last six years Steve has written thousands of published pages on video games in the specialist press.
Prior to this, Steve attended Cardiff University, completing a Ph.D. in Mathematics, with a heavy emphasis on on numerical analysis. Not surprisingly, his interests include video games.
Waqas Shahid Research Analyst
Waqas joined Screen Digest in June 2008 as a Research Analyst for the mobile content team. Prior to working for Screen Digest Waqas completed a MSc in Mobile and Personal Communication at Kings College London. He also holds a BEng in Electronics Engineering from GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.
Jack Kent Research Analyst
Jack Kent joined Screen Digest in October 2008 as a research analyst for the mobile content team. After graduating in 2006 from King's College London, with a BA in English Language & Literature, Jack has worked for GfK NOP market research group and Brad Insight, the marketing and media intelligence division of Emap.
Seamus Holland Research Analyst
Seamus Holland joined Screen Digest as a research analyst in the Advertising department in November 2008.
Prior to Screen Digest, he was a report writer and analyst for business intelligence firm Marketclusters.
Seamus holds graduate degrees in philosophy and mathematics from Cambridge University and the University of Amsterdam, and a BA in philosophy from King's College London.
Richard Baxter Research Analyst
Richard joined Screen Digest in November 2008 as a research analyst for the video team. Before Screen Digest, he worked for a research agency in the Munro Global group and as a researcher at King's College London. Richard holds a PhD in Social and Cultural Geography, a MA in Cities, Culture and Social Change and a BA in Geography all from King's College London.
