While World of Warcraft continues to dominate the subscription-based massive multiplayer online games market we remain positive on the sectors as more consumers start to use virtual worlds for online entertainment. That said the winners will be few as competition intensifies and development and customer servicing costs are rising. The Activision Blizzard merger will certainly up the competitive ante but we also believe that Electronic Arts, Square Enix and NCsoft are well-positioned to compete for market share.
